To schedule your Small Room Meeting or Large Room Gathering, scroll through the room/hour options below and click on the one that best suites your needs. After you click through, you will be provided with current available dates and times on our calendar.

Large Room Users: This process DOES ensure you have booked the large room for your use, but it does NOT post your event on our website calendar automatically. It may take a few days for us to get your event on the website calendar as well.

Newsletter Promotion: Our monthly newsletter goes out at the beginning of each month, so if you are booking the large room for an event and would like that event promoted to our mailing list, please book the room here by the 20th of the previous month.

Please use the “book a room” button below to book, delete or delete and re-book a room for your event or session through our online member engagement system “smpl”.
